Web Hooks and the Programmable World of Tomorrow Video Clips. Duration : 47.83 Mins.
Jeff Lindsay ( www.progrium.com ) at Google talking about Web Hooks. Slides here www.slideshare.net This talk introduces the concept of web hooks: simple HTTP callbacks with huge implications. This model allows web services to be customized by the user and tightly integrated with each other unlike anything before. Chock-full of demos and real world examples, this talk also shares an under-appreciated vision of the web that most of the experts have missed: a vision of user-generated functionality and the *real* programmable web.
DSPIC VIDEO PAL ( DSPIC33FJ128GP802 ) Tube. Duration : 4.15 Mins.
Hi all, thought i'd post a video of my dspic outputting a pal composite video signal. When i first started with this project i started with it only outputting lines, i then progressed it to output text, then i made some games with it. I also use this with my vlf receiver to filter out the mains & harmonics frequencies, a comb filter usind adc & built-in dac, works great. I've made it decode infra red remote controls so i can use it to select what i want it to do, very handy. The text can be 32 x 30 which is more than enough, I have made 2 games so far, pong & a game called blitz, pong is self explanatory & blitz is a game that you have to bomb buildings before the plane crashes into them. Also an oscilloscope shows what's coming into the adc, the dspic's are fantastic, after all the above there's still loads of program memory left to program stuff into it, all the code is done in assembly which took some learning but worth it in the end. I'm hoping to make some more games soon of which i will post if i do, anyways thanks for viewing & i will answer any questions asked, also if anybody wants the code just let me know, it's tailored to my usage but you may find it useful, especially the comb filter for audio filtering, or you can play the games. Recorded on a Panasonic SDR-S70 video camera by me Mark Dennison from Grenoside, Sheffield

There are several factors which come into play when selecting a cordless phone.
Maybe the first I would recommend would be inspecting he number of handsets you will require.
Remote Codes For Panasonic
Cordless phones come in a selection of expandable systems from singular handset phones, to twin handsets through to trio/ triple handset systems and even quads. These Gap/ Dect phone systems consist of a main base middle point - which requires a connection to the phone socket as per normal; and satellite additional handsets.

These additional handsets can be located in any are within range of the base middle point ( commonly 50-100m indoors) and just need a power source to charge the batteries in them. For desktop additional handsets, such as in the office or bedside normal charging stations are suitable, but it is worth inspecting going for a wall mountable charger, say, for in the kitchen.
You will also have to resolve whether or not you need a Telephone reply engine built into the base station.
Many citizen enjoy the premise to not only take messages at home but to be able to passage them remotely also - via an passage code protected method you are able to listen to your messages even when on holiday.
Typical home phone answering machines have a recording time of 12-15 minutes, which for a long message of 20 seconds would give you space for maybe 30-50 such messages - ample for most situations.
Further notice maybe given to the style and build of the handsets.
Handsets may be sturdy and rugged in appearance or, as with some models be 'designer phones', built to look good whilst delivering a great call quality.
Designer cordless phones come in many shapes and sizes and, hence, could be chosen to fit in with a great range of interior decors.
Additional features vary from phone to phone, but in normal the majority of cordless phones combine features such as Sim Card Import, Large Alphanumeric Telephone Directories, Backlit Screen, Colour Screen, Caller Display, Call Transfer, Intercom, Speakerphone and even games on some handsets.
The final selection comes down, as with many consumerist acts, to the manufacturer.
As a buyer we do build up preferences to the manufacture and execution of models by singular manufacturers.
The leading Cordless Home Phone manufacturers for the Uk market are Philips, Bt Phones, Siemens Gigaset, Magicbox and Panasonic. All these manufacturers produce high specification cordless phones which are fully conforming to European Dect standards.
Telephones Online has a large selection of cordless phones from a range of manufacturers.
Certain models are now also in output which are 'eco' models, cutting down on power consumption and hence cutting bills whilst reducing your carbon footprint.
To summarise, cordless phones have replaced the old corded phones in most Uk households now delivering a leisure of movement and an ease of transportation which enhances the way in which we talk to each other.
